As we continue to grow at an incredible speed, we work to ensure each team member is set up for success at every phase. Reporting to the Director of Partner Operations, as a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to build and scale our Partner operations to support the company’s growth and our expanding Partner routes to market. A successful candidate for this role works in strategic partnership with our Partner Sales teams to identify priorities, execute impactful programs and processes, and drive accountability by measuring results.  WHAT YOU’LL DO <ul> <li>Receive feedback from Sales and Partner teams to help define strategic projects and process improvements to ensure an easy engagement model for Partners selling Wiz</li> <li>Run enhancement projects or new builds and be responsible for ensuring they are delivered with comprehensive UAT to minimize impact post-production launch and enabling all parties on the new changes</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with other teams to support operational programs aligned to the overall organizational strategy </li> <li>Deliver scalable “run the business” operational support of the Partner organization at Wiz </li> <li>Be a support resource both externally for our Partners and internally for Wiz teams on all things Partners at Wiz</li> <li>Be responsible for the data integrity in Salesforce of all data relating to the Partner programs and processes</li> <li>Own the Wiz Partner Portal platform from an administrative lens and be responsible for all enhancements to the platform</li> </ul> WHAT YOU'LL BRING <ul> <li>4 - 6 years experience supporting Partner operations activities, ideally at SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations </li> <li>Experience implementing programs and processes that scale; a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get work done as the organization grows</li> <li>Comfortable with being flexible in responsibilities as the organization grows and our routes to market expand and support the evolving needs of the business</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects and flows is a must, experience with Looker a plus</li> <li>Administrative experience owning and operating Impartner</li> <li>Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels and from a variety of functions</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Compensation + Benefits  Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits.
