As a part of the AI Red Team, Professional Service Engineers are responsible for researching how the Zscaler AI Security platform can be integrated and deployed into customer infrastructure during pre-sales and post-sales processes.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do (Role Expectations)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing technical guidance and support to Sales Engineers via internal communication channels</li> <li>Developing and maintaining customer-facing integrations</li> <li>Managing integrations deployment lifecycles across environments</li> <li>Provisioning and deploying hybrid infrastructure for customer environments</li> <li>Technical consultations for customers on the best way to utilize and integrate the ZS AI Security platform in their existing infrastructure</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are (Success Profile)</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are a problem-solver.
