Designers at Tines are trusted and relied upon to deliver inventive work to a high standard, and we are supported in doing so.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll work as part of the brand team, part of the wider design team which includes product designers. You’ll report to the Head of Creative. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, from start to finish and as a contributor.</p> <p>This is a remote or semi-remote position, with the employee required to be located in Ireland. (You will have access to our Dublin city centre office).</p> <h3>Activities / <strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Designing and delivering web assets for campaigns, product launches, and company announcements.</li> <li>Meeting and working with various teams to gather requirements and feedback for web design projects.</li> <li>Consolidating requests for changes to the website into high-impact projects</li> <li>Ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all web initiatives.</li> <li>Running design reviews and sharing work early to gather cross-functional input</li> <li>Partnering with SEO, engineering, and marketing to inform structure, performance, and content decisions</li> <li>Defining user flows, page structures, and content hierarchy for key journeys</li> <li>Collaborating on conversion strategy</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>You love design and care deeply about the quality of your work. You’re never satisfied with the status quo.</li> <li>Experience working with design teams on web design, visual design and other brand-related projects.</li> <li>You’re self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.</li> <li>You can be trusted that you’ll do what you say you will and deliver on time.</li> <li>You give actionable feedback to teammates in conversation and writing.</li> <li>You’re proficient at involving and working with stakeholders.</li> <li>You take accountability for your own work and don’t rely on close oversight to maintain standards.</li> <li>You value feedback and handle it professionally, knowing how, when and if you should prioritise it.</li> <li>Expert in the core tools, able to choose the right one for each task.</li> <li>Expertise in web design, with a portfolio of marketing sites, and web-based projects</li> <li>Advanced Figma skills</li> </ul> <h3>Experience</h3> <p>We are especially eager to hear from individuals who have:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in web design, ideally in a brand-focused or creative environment</li> <li>A track record of collaboration: with creative, marketing and technical teams</li> <li>Expertise in responsive, accessible web design and UX/UI</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication</li> <li>Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li> <li>Experience streamlining workflows and using automation tools</li> <li>Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Things we ask of our designers</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Ask plenty of questions</strong> No question is wrong, or misplaced. Share your work early and often. Seek out regular feedback from stakeholders and the wider design team. Present your work in updates and critiques.
