ThreatLocker’s combined Application Whitelisting, Ringfencing™, Storage Control and Privileged Access Management solutions are leading the cybersecurity market towards a more secure approach of blocking unknown application vulnerabilities.   POSITION OVERVIEW ThreatLocker’s Travel Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing travel arrangements for employees and clients. Also assisting in office needs as needed. They will be responsible for, but not limited to: <ul> <li>Travel Arrangement: Coordinate all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other related logistics.</li> <li>Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries for employees and clients, including schedules, reservations, and any special requests.</li> <li>Expense Management: Track and manage travel expenses, ensuring they align with company budgets and policies. </li> <li>Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies) to secure favorable rates and negotiate contracts.</li> <li>Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the company's travel policies and guidelines. </li> <li>Visa and Documentation: Assist in obtaining necessary visas, passports, and other travel-related documentation for international travel.</li> <li>Emergency Assistance: Be available to provide assistance and support to travelers in case of travel disruptions or emergencies. </li> <li>Travel Reporting: Generate reports on travel expenses, travel patterns, and other relevant data for management review. </li> <li>Travel Technology: Proficiently use travel booking systems and online tools to streamline travel planning and management. </li> <li>Quality Control: Ensure travel plans run smoothly by verifying reservations and addressing any issues that may arise. </li> <li>Travel Education: Educate employees on the company's travel policies and provide guidance on travel best practices.</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;">The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position. </li> </ul>   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>Equivalent work experience</li> <li>Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role - preferred</li> <li>Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and related software.</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. </li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li> <li>Familiarity with travel regulations, visas, and travel documentation.</li> <li>Negotiation and vendor management skills. </li> <li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.</li> </ul>   WORKING CONDITIONS The duties described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
