Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.</p></div><p>As a Technical Support Intern - Striker, you will be tasked with building strong foundations in SentinelOne products, support processes, ticket triage, and troubleshooting while contributing to real customer cases under close guidance.</p>
<h3>What Will You Do?</h3>
<p>Primary responsibilities include<strong>: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support incoming technical cases by helping with initial case review, triage, and data gathering under the guidance of the Technical Support team.</li>
<li>Learn SentinelOne support workflows, tools, and case management practices, and apply them consistently in daily work.</li>
<li>Use internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and team guidance to suggest next troubleshooting steps and support case progression.</li>
<li>Help build relevant AI automations and tools to help deflect tickets and improve productivity.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?<strong><br></strong></h3>
<p>Ideal candidates will have: </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong interest in technical support, cybersecurity, and problem-solving.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.</li>
<li>Basic troubleshooting ability and foundational understanding of operating systems, endpoint security, network issues, or IT support concepts.</li>
<li>Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation that improves productivity</li>
<li>Coding/scripting and AI experience are an advantage.</li>
