You will work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders within the Data Platform team to turn complex data into fast, reliable, and intuitive products. In this role, you will work independently on applications and features of moderate to high complexity, contribute to technical design discussions, and help shape how the team builds.</p> <h3>What Will You Do?</h3> <p>Primary responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Design and build full-stack data applications using Python (FastAPI), React/TypeScript, and BigQuery.</li> <li>Own features end-to-end including requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.</li> <li>Deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to production incidents.</li> <li>Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to surface data products through clean, well-designed application layers.</li> <li>Contribute to technical design discussions and help shape build patterns and standards for the team.</li> <li>Participate in design and code reviews, providing meaningful feedback to peers.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, raising questions early and proposing simpler approaches where appropriate.</li> <li>Document decisions, data shapes, and operational runbooks so the team can move fast without losing context.</li> </ul> <h3>What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?</h3> <p>Ideal candidates will have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production applications.</li> <li>Strong Python skills, including FastAPI or a comparable async web framework.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript building and maintaining production UIs.</li> <li>Expert SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or another cloud data warehouse.</li> <li>Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).</li> <li>Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication patterns (OAuth2/API keys), and secure coding principles.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3>Why SentinelOne?</h3> <p>AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
