This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience at the intersection of marketing operations and industry analyst engagement within one of the most dynamic companies in cybersecurity. </p>
<h3>What Will You Do? </h3>
<p>Primary responsibilities include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end scheduling of analyst briefings, inquiry calls, and research participation sessions, coordinating across internal stakeholders and analyst firm contacts.</li>
<li>Maintain a master calendar of upcoming analyst interactions, publication windows, and key research cycles.</li>
<li>Send meeting invitations, manage agenda distribution, and ensure all participants have the materials they need in advance of each engagement.</li>
<li>Track and follow up on scheduling requests from analyst firms with appropriate urgency and professionalism.</li>
<li>Serve as a primary point of administrative contact for analyst firm relations portals, licensing renewals, and subscription management.</li>
<li>Maintain and regularly update an analyst contact database, tracking firm coverage areas, primary contacts, and engagement history.</li>
<li>Draft and send routine correspondence to analyst contacts including scheduling confirmations, follow-up notes, and briefing logistics.</li>
<li>Monitor inbound requests and inquiries from analyst firms and route them to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of all analyst interactions, including briefing notes, action items, and follow-up commitments.</li>
<li>Track deliverables and deadlines across ongoing AR workstreams, flagging items at risk to the Senior Director of Market Intelligence.</li>
<li>Manage and update shared AR trackers, project management tools, and internal documentation to keep the team aligned.</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation of briefing materials, including formatting presentations, compiling backgrounders, and assembling supporting data.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics for analyst participation in SentinelOne events, including webinars, summit appearances, and media interviews.</li>
<li>Pull and summarize relevant analyst research at the direction of team members, helping synthesize key findings for internal distribution.</li>
<li>Monitor analyst publication feeds and alert the team to new research, commentary, or coverage relevant to SentinelOne and the cybersecurity market.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc research, competitive tracking, and report compilation projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?<strong> </strong></h3>
<p>Ideal candidates will have: </p>

<li>1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, marketing operations, or project management role; internship experience in a relevant function will be considered.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without losing accuracy or composure.</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills — you will be drafting correspondence that represents SentinelOne externally, so attention to tone and detail matters.</li>
<li>Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar tools.</li>
<li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift and initiative is rewarded.</li>
<li>A genuine interest in the cybersecurity industry or enterprise technology is a plus.</li>
<li>No prior analyst relations experience required — what we need is someone highly reliable, proactive about communication, and motivated to grow within this function.</li>
