You will work closely with the L&amp;D team and People Business Partners to assess learning needs, identify knowledge gaps, and continuously improve training programs to ensure competency using innovative learning strategies. Key projects will include delivering training experiences for Sentinels at varying career levels, building tailored solutions to address skill gaps, and driving expertise in and adoption of the global learning strategy.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">What Will You Do?</h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">Primary responsibilities include:</p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Manage learning programs, including identifying and assessing training needs, managing program logistics (vendor management, reviewing participant materials, auditing sessions), and monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness through survey delivery and employee satisfaction insights post-deployment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Design and develop learning curriculum, tools, and resources across AI, leadership, and soft skills.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Deliver, facilitate, and train the trainer (if applicable) for relevant global programs.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Advise and support leaders and employees in Learning and Development efforts by sharing best practices and establishing consistent approaches and operational excellence in line with company standards.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Manage learning platform technologies that provide employees with professional knowledge and unique learning experiences, including Workday Learning (LMS) and eLearning platforms.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitor, measure, and evaluate the learning program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with direct manager and L&amp;D team to evaluate individual and global development needs and monitor budgetary support.</li> </ul> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?</h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">Ideal candidates will have:</p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">3 or more years of L&amp;D experience working at a global or technology company, including facilitating and engaging large groups both in person and virtually.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience developing training materials using blended methods, including eLearning, webinars, video tutorials, and presentations, with proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to assess and evaluate the quality of learning programs and support resources.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proactive professional who can navigate a dynamic, remote working environment with the ability to self-manage, work independently, and prioritize effectively.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships, along with demonstrated leadership skills.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Outstanding interpersonal skills, a collaborative team-oriented mindset, and a positive can-do attitude.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A quick learner who keeps an open mind and is willing to be challenged.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices and department off-sites.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why SentinelOne?</strong></p> <p>AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
