This role will focus on content publishing, campaign support, employee advocacy, and social operations to help maintain a consistent social cadence.</p>
<p>This is an ideal role for someone who is a strong B2B writer, comfortable working within an established editorial voice, and able to operate independently without requiring heavy oversight. Experience in cybersecurity or highly technical industries is a plus.</p>
<p>This is a remote contractor role with an expected commitment of approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility based on campaign and event activity.</p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Roles & responsibilities</strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li>Draft social posts based on blogs, white papers, campaign assets, and marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Format, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and X using Sprout Social</li>
<li>Support employee advocacy efforts through post variations, platform uploads, and weekly amplification emails</li>
<li>Manage and maintain the social content calendar</li>
<li>Support event promotion before, during, and after events</li>
<li>Track scheduled and published content across campaigns</li>
<li>Pull baseline social metrics and flag notable performance trends</li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in B2B social media, preferably within cybersecurity or another technical industry</li>
<li>Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to match an editorial tone</li>
<li>Experience managing publishing workflows and content calendars</li>
<li>Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently within established direction and frameworks</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously</li>
</ul>
