This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the Krakow Office (Fabryczna Street) a minimum of three days per week. The Basics: Tanium is adding to its world-class accounting and finance organization and is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly motivated team player who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to increase their accounting skills.  What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Audit worldwide expense reports for compliance with Company policy  </li> <li>Process expense reports for payment  </li> <li>Process AP invoices for US and international entities  </li> <li>Act as a key point of contact for employee query resolution  </li> <li>Act as a key point of contact for supplier query resolution  </li> <li>Provide ad-hoc reporting on expenses  </li> <li>Assist the accounting team with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed  </li> </ul> We’re looking for someone with: Education  <ul> <li>BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience  </li> </ul> Experience  <ul> <li>1-2 years AP/accounting experience  </li> <li>Concur, ZIP and NetSuite experience a plus  </li> <li>Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)  </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required  </li> <li>Attention to detail and ability to proactively manage own work streams  </li> <li>A team player who excels at building relationships across the organization while adhering to tight deadlines with a positive demeanor  </li> <li>Excited to work and contribute to a fast-growing, fast-paced accounting team in a growing and relevant company  </li> <li>Ability to work and communicate well with overseas teams (UK, EMEA, US, and Asia-Pac)</li> </ul> About Tanium  <div>Tanium is the Autonomous IT company.
