<p class="p1">The Manager, Customer Enablement Programs is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of customer-facing learning experiences that help customers successfully adopt, operate, and maximize value from Vectra solutions.This leader will manage the India-based Customer Enablement team and partner closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, Services, and Supportto create scalable education programs, technical training, onboarding content,certifications, and adoption resources.Reporting to the Director, Global Academy, this role serves as the operational leader responsible for executing Vectra's customer education strategy at scale.</p>
<p class="p1">Key Responsibilities</p>
<p class="p1">Customer Education Program Leadership</p>
<p class="p1">• Lead development of customer-facing education programs.</p>
<p class="p1">• Build learning paths that support onboarding, adoption, administration, and advanced product usage.</p>
<p class="p1">• Ensure education content aligns with customer lifecycle milestones.</p>
<p class="p1">• Support certification and credentialing initiatives.</p>
<p class="p1">Team Leadership</p>
<p class="p1">Manage and coach:</p>
<p class="p1">• Sr. Instructional Designer</p>
<p class="p1">• Content Creator</p>
<p class="p1">• Apprentice Content Creator (rotation)</p>
<p class="p1">Responsibilities include:</p>
<p class="p1">• Workload management via Planner against 2 week sprint schedule</p>
<p class="p1">• Coaching and development</p>
<p class="p1">• Performance management <br>• Quarterly planning and prioritization Content Development & Production</p>

<p class="p1">o Customer onboarding programs</p>

<p class="p1">Customer Adoption Enablement</p>
<p class="p1">• Partner with Customer Success leadership to identify education gaps.</p>
<p class="p1">• Develop programs that improve product adoption and customer outcomes.</p>
<p class="p1">• Support customer readiness during product launches and platform updates.</p>
<p class="p1">• Create self-service learning experiences that reduce support burden.</p>

<p class="p1">Qualifications</p>
<p class="p1">Required</p>
<p class="p1">• 7+ years in customer education, customer enablement, instructional design, training operations, or learning program management.</p>
<p class="p1">• 3+ years managing content development teams.</p>
<p class="p1">• Experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS customers.</p>
<p class="p1">• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.</p>
<p class="p1">• Experience developing scalable digital learning programs Preferred</p>
<p class="p1">• Cybersecurity industry experience.</p>
<p class="p1">• Customer Success or Technical Enablement background.</p>
<p class="p1">• Experience supporting certification programs.</p>
<p class="p1">• LMS administration experience.</p>
<p class="p1">• Experience working with global teams.</p>
