<p><strong>As an IT Specialist at JFrog you will…</strong></p>

<li>Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations</li>
<li>Handle everything from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, delivering best-in-class support</li>
<li>Work closely with the global IT team to maintain high security and IT standards across the organization</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>To be an IT Specialist at JFrog you need…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in an IT support role</li>
<li>Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments</li>
<li>Experience with Google Workspace and Windows Server technologies (AD)</li>
<li>Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and MDM/EMM systems</li>
<li>Experience with video conferencing systems — Zoom and Poly hardware is a strong plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting — plus!</li>
<li>A "think big" mindset — you see beyond the ticket and look for ways to improve systems, processes, and the overall IT experience</li>
<li>High-level troubleshooting skills — you dig deep, think critically, and don't stop at the surface</li>
<li>Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) — plus!</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li>
<li>A genuine hunger to learn and grow — must!</li>
