Senior Learning Experience Engineer

You will transform complex technical concepts into clear, impactful learning content while leveraging AI, automation, and workflow innovation to drive scalability, engagement, and efficiency across the GTM organization.</p> <p>If you thrive at the intersection of learner-first design, innovation, and technology—and love shaping the future of enablement in a fast-paced environment—we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Learning Experience Design</p> <p>-Design impactful learning experiences: Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to create modern, microlearning-based content that drives a sustained behavioral change.</p> <p>-Translate complex knowledge: Convert complex technical product information into clear, actionable enablement experiences.</p> <p>-Develop scalable programs: Build and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs across GTM Sales and Technical internal sales teams.</p> <p>-Curate content libraries: Maintain scalable assets including playbooks, certifications, videos, and assessments.</p> <p>-Advocate for the learner: Ensure every learning touchpoint is relevant, engaging, and accessible.</p> <p>-Collaborate across teams:&nbsp; Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales, and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver tailored enablement solutions.</p> <p>-Measure effectiveness: Use performance data and learner feedback to refine programs for continuous improvement.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p>AI-Enhanced Enablement Engineer</p> <p>-Analyze workflows: Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows within enablement and GTM operations that can be optimized with AI and automation.</p> <p>-Implement AI tools: Deploy knowledge assistants, chatbots, personalization features, and automated reporting to enhance learning and operational efficiency.</p> <p>-Streamline processes: Build automation workflows and integrations across CRM, LMS, and collaboration platforms.</p> <p>-Partner with IT and Ops: Align automation initiatives with governance, data integrity, and security requirements.</p> <p>-Innovate continuously: Monitor emerging AI and learning technologies, applying them to improve enablement outcomes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll need to have</strong>:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development with a proven track record of building impactful programs.</li> <li>Technical proficiency with AI/automation tools (e.g., Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, LLM-based assistants) and ability to prototype and deploy solutions.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience designing product enablement or technical learning content&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with publishing and tracking content within a CMS/LMS&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Forms, and Sheets)</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, design, and copy quality.</li> <li>Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on time delivery and quality&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change</li> <li>Ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Extra great if you have</strong>:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the Tech Space (SaaS, Database, etc.)</li> <li>Proficient with eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Suite, &amp; collaboration tools</li> </ul> <p>#LI remote</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.
