You will ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across the entire product journey, collaborate across functions to influence product strategy, champion design-driven decision-making, and go beyond UX execution to shape the overall product experience.  In addition, you will lead the product design organization, mentor and develop design contributors, and scale the design function globally.
