<h4><strong>Position Overview</strong></h4>
<p>We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead and elevate the people function at Transmit Security. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving talent strategy, organizational development, and a high-performance culture across a global, fast-growing team. You will own the full HR lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, compensation, and compliance — ensuring our people practices scale with the business.</p>
<h4><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, org design, and leadership development.</li>
<li>Directly manage and develop the Recruiting and HR Operations teams, setting direction, priorities, and performance goals for both functions.</li>
<li>Serve as the senior HR business partner across Transmit Security's key regions: United States, Latin America, Japan, and EMEA, ensuring consistent, locally-compliant people practices across all geographies.</li>
<li>Design and execute HR programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent across technical and go-to-market functions.</li>
<li>Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth aligned with Transmit Security's core values.</li>
<li>Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable structures across regions.</li>
<li>Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback cycles, and career development pathways.</li>
<li>Manage employee relations with a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and department leaders on headcount planning, compliance, and organizational initiatives.</li>
<li>Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions and report on key workforce metrics to leadership.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Experience</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role.</li>
<li>Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology company.</li>
<li>Experience building and scaling HR functions across multiple geographies, with direct exposure to US, Latin America, Japan, and/or EMEA markets.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading organizational change and driving culture in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.</li>
<li>Prior experience partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership teams.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Skills & Expertise</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Deep knowledge of HR best practices across talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to company objectives.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools.</li>
<li>Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employment law (US required; international experience a plus).</li>
<li>Ability to operate both strategically and operationally. comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.</li>

<h4><strong>Compensation</strong></h4>
<p>The OTE salary range for this position is <strong>$175,000 - $200,000</strong>. Individual compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and overall business needs.
