At Armadin, we're a group of engineers, researchers, and hackers on a mission to redefine what proactive security can do in the AI era. Cyberattacks are becoming autonomous and relentless and we believe defending against threats before they materialize is one of the most powerful ways to protect the institutions the world depends on.

We're building autonomous proactive security from the ground up, reinforcing the tradecraft of elite red teamers into purpose-built security models and agents that discover risk and remediate it before organizations are breached.

Led by Kevin Mandia, founder of Mandiant ($5.4B exit to Google), our team brings together researchers and engineers from Google, xAI, Meta, Stanford, and MIT to reinvent security for an adversary that never sleeps.

What You'll Do

• Own Front of House: Be the first face candidates, investors, and partners see, running the front desk, badging, and conference rooms with white-glove logistics for board meetings and investor visits.

• Make the Office Run: Own supplies, vendors, building management, mail, and moves/buildouts so seamlessly that nobody notices — it just works.

• Build the Culture: Drive all-hands, team lunches, and offsites, partner with People and IT on great day-one onboarding, and grab problems that don't have an owner yet.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 2+ years in office management, front desk, hospitality, or executive support.

• Warmth & Presence: You set the tone for how people feel the moment they walk in the door.

• High Ownership: You anticipate needs before they're asked and fix things without waiting for a ticket — a printer jam and a board member greeting in the same five minutes.

• Organization & Discretion: You juggle vendors and shifting priorities without dropping anything, and you're trusted around confidential conversations — board, legal, comp.

• Startup Mentality: No task is beneath the role, priorities shift fast, and you take real pride in a well-run office.

Even Better With

• Experience at a high-growth startup or fast-scaling company.
