You will initiate meaningful conversations with enterprise prospects, understand their needs, and set the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements. If you are results-driven, naturally curious, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">What Will You Do?</h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Primary responsibilities include:</p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns, managing inbound interest while actively pursuing outbound opportunities to build a strong enterprise sales pipeline across the UK&amp;I region.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients, tailoring product messaging and solutions to resonate with their specific needs, business models, and key decision-making processes.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives, collaborating closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment throughout the sales cycle.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, while reporting on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Stay current on product features, the competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends, and work from our Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of our hybrid setup.</li> </ul> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?</h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Ideal candidates will have:</p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Fluency in English (spoken and written), with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver engaging, persuasive presentations confidently.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach, with familiarity with CRM tools — Salesforce experience is a plus.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data, combined with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for growth and learning.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">We are also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles.</li> </ul> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Why SentinelOne?</h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
