As a Staff Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be tasked with serving as a trusted strategic advisor and technical partner to our largest enterprise customers, guiding them from deployment through long-term adoption and business value realization. You will lead complex customer deployments, coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts, and help customers operationalize AI security across their environments. You'll partner with Security, IT, Product, Engineering, and Executive stakeholders to drive successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Own executive relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, developing success plans aligned to business objectives and AI adoption goals.
  • Lead complex customer onboarding and deployment projects from kickoff through production rollout, building implementation plans, timelines, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams — Product, Engineering, Professional Services, TAMs, Support, and Sales — to ensure successful execution and remove blockers.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews, roadmap discussions, health assessments, and strategic planning sessions to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, and maintain accurate customer health, deployment, and risk data in Salesforce and CS platforms.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management experience supporting enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise software deployments or implementation projects.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and executive communications.
  • Experience partnering with Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, or DevOps teams, with a solid understanding of SaaS deployment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership; enterprise security or AI governance experience is a plus.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range$132,000—$165,000 USD
