Position Summary   As Coalfire's Contracts Negotiator, Global Transactions you will join the Legal & Compliance department and will be responsible for supporting the company contract management, administration and negotiation process for global revenue transactions and assisting with overflow procurement transactions. The Contracts Negotiator will assist in the defining and executing policy, templates, risk posture, negotiation guidelines, and processes related to contract administration, review and negotiation. The Contracts Negotiator will provide legal support to the teams dedicated to revenue and procurement contracts.
