This position is based in Rennes or in Paris, France.

 

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to support our growth and assist our sales teams in promoting high value-added solutions. Your role will be to support the Sales people during the entirety of the sales cycle with your fine understanding of leads' and clients' unique context and challenges. When you provide the right information, the Sales Manager closes the deal.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the identity verification, electronic signature, and digital identity markets.
• Support and advise clients throughout the sales cycle, from qualification and understanding of business needs to demonstrating the value of our solutions—both for prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present our SaaS solutions during client meetings, demonstrations, and events.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads and opportunities using our CRM tool.
• Contribute to achieving the sales team’s growth objectives.

 

Preferred Experience

• Successful first experience on a similar role in a B2B solution sales in the SaaS / technology environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
• Knowledge of different Sales methodologies.
• Team spirit: Work hand-in-hand with other areas of the Sales function to support the closing of new clients and satisfy our existing ones.
• Strong interpersonal skills: You are a great and efficient communicator and an active listener.
• Endless curiosity towards our clients' needs, blockers, and challenges.
• You are highly adaptable and a champion at re-using your knowledge and know-how for new situations.
• You have a knack for Product Marketing.
• Fluent French and Professional English are both required.
