Job Description

About Us

AI coding is the largest use case of enterprise AI adoption today, as is evident from the success of Anthropic on Claude Code, Cursor’s $60B exit to SpaceX, and Cognition’s $48B valuation.

The bottleneck now has moved from code generation to security and safety - AI agents write code faster than any team can review it, and over 65% of the lines of code produced by them are insecure. Vulnerabilities are piling up 16x faster than companies can fix them, and adversaries are able to exploit these new vulnerabilities within hours.

AURI by Endor Labs closes that gap. It runs inside the harness where coding agents work, through hooks, skills and MCP, so the controls sit outside the model and every agent action is visible. Underneath is our patented code context graph, which maps code, open source, containers and infrastructure. It shows which vulnerabilities can actually be reached and exploited, then delivers fixes that won’t break the application. Security teams get evidence instead of noise, and developers get fixes instead of tickets.

The companies building AI trust us to secure it - our customers include OpenAI, SpaceX, DoorDash, Dropbox, Atlassian, MongoDB, Snowflake, Robinhood and Peloton to name a few.

Endor Labs is the third company from Founder & CEO Varun Badhwar, who built Prisma Cloud, the platform that helped define cloud security, from $0 to $300M ARR at Palo Alto Networks. We’ve raised $163M from Lightspeed, Coatue, DFJ Growth, Salesforce Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital.

Software runs everything around our lives today - banking, hospitals, airports and power grids. AI now writes more of it every day, and our mission is to make sure the world can trust that software. Come build that future with us.

About The Role

As an AI GTM Engineer, you will be the driving force behind Endor Labs’ internal AI transformation. In close coordination with the CEO & E-Staff, you will work across every non-engineering function – Sales, Marketing, Business Development, BizOps, and G&A – to identify high-impact use cases where AI agents and automation can dramatically improve productivity, speed, and quality of execution. This is not a strategy-only role; you will get your hands dirty building and shipping AI-powered workflows, from proof of concept through production deployment.

You will partner closely with department heads to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks. From there, you’ll design, build, and deploy AI agent-based solutions – leveraging platforms like Claude, Gemini, and custom integrations – that automate repetitive work, enhance decision-making, and unlock capacity across the organization.

Equally important, you’ll own the change management process: training teams, building internal champions, measuring adoption, and iterating until AI becomes a natural part of how every team operates.

If you’re energized by the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real business impact, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and love turning ambiguity into shipped solutions, this role is for you.

How You'll Make an Impact

AI Strategy & Use Case Discovery

  • Conduct deep-dive assessments of workflows across functions to identify automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain an AI opportunity roadmap, prioritizing use cases by ROI, feasibility, and strategic value, in close partnership with department heads and the CEO.
  • Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and agent frameworks, continuously evaluating new models, platforms, and techniques to keep Endor Labs ahead of the curve.

AI Engineering & Workflow Development

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agent-based workflows and automations that solve real business problems – including multi-step agentic workflows, RAG-based knowledge systems, automated content pipelines, intelligent CRM enrichment, and more.
  • Own the full lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production-grade deployment, including monitoring, error handling, and iteration based on user feedback.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing tools and systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, internal databases) to create seamless, end-to-end workflows.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive AI adoption across the organization, from executive alignment to individual contributor enablement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands-on enablement sessions tailored to each department’s specific AI use cases and skill levels.
  • Identify and cultivate AI champions within each team to accelerate grassroots adoption and create a culture of AI-first thinking.
  • Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on both the tools and the training to ensure sustained, meaningful usage.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of software engineering, data science, AI/ML engineering, or technical operations.
  • Proven ability to build and ship AI-powered solutions in a business context – not just research or prototypes, but production systems that real teams use daily.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market operations, including Sales, Marketing, BD, and BizOps workflows. You know what an enterprise sales cycle looks like, understand pipeline mechanics, and can identify where AI can have the highest leverage.
  • Strong change management instincts – you understand that deploying AI tools is only half the battle; driving adoption, building trust, and shifting behaviors is where the real impact comes from.
  • A “builder” mindset with startup DNA – you’re energized by ambiguity, move fast, and prefer shipping imperfect solutions and iterating over waiting for perfection.

What We Offer You

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision and Mental Health plans.
  • 401(k) plan to support your longterm financial goals.
  • Flexible PTO to maintain a healthy work-life balance (we want you here for the long-haul!)
  • Opportunities for co-working and team meetups to foster collaboration.
  • A dog-friendly office environment for those who love to bring their fur babies along.

Endor Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Even if you don't fit every requirement above, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and experiences, so we encourage all talented individuals to apply—there's no one-size-fits-all here.
