We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the Cato Data Security Platform team. In this critical role, you will work with an excellent group of engineers to solve architectural and engineering challenges across inline, out-of-band, and endpoint security. As part of the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with advanced ML technologies - both in the cloud and on our own GPU-powered infrastructure - to further enhance and accelerate our security capabilities - while harnessing multiple AI agents for accelerating the development process.

Responsibilities:

• End to end development from the processing of large-scale data to web interfaces.
• Working closely with multiple stack holders - product management, research, data science, AI Security, SOC & NOC services, automation teams, and more.
• Designing and Implementing enterprise platform solutions.
• Researching new technologies and adapting them for use within the company’s product.
• Collaborating with multiple development teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of backend development. We’re using Java, Go, Spring boot, GQL, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of both relational and non-relational DBs. We’re using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and more.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services. We're using AWS (including S3, SNS, SQS, etc).
• Experience in building and operating SaaS microservices with high scale and load in production.
• Experience testing services in continuous integration methodology.
• BSc. degree in Computer Science from a known university or similar.
• Motivated, a fast learner, independent, and great at problem-solving.
