What You Will Do

• Own and optimize all marketing tools, integrations, workflows, systems, and processes.
• Support marketing performance tracking and reporting by maintaining dashboards, data flows, and campaign setup across campaigns and funnel stages.
• Work across marketing platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, ABM, and analytics tools.
• Build, test, execute, and monitor email campaigns and automated nurture programs, and support lead processes including scoring, routing, segmentation, and data quality.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance reporting.
• Partner with marketing, sales operations and technology teams to improve processes and integrations.

What You Will Have

• 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or a similar role.

• At least 2 years of experience in a software company. SaaS or cybersecurity experience is preferred.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, automation, reporting, research, or productivity.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. HubSpot and Salesforce are an advantage.

• Familiarity with 6sense or other ABM platforms is an advantage.

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a basic understanding of data management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global, cross-functional teams.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and curiosity for new tools and technologies.
