About the Position

We're looking for a Head of UX - a highly skilled individual contributor with real leadership ability. You'll own the UX discipline end-to-end: the vision, the roadmap, the craft, and the standard.

This is a rare seat for someone who loves both the craft and the vision - you'll do the work and shape the direction. And the work is real: you're designing for security teams at some of the world's largest organizations, on a product that's defining a new category.

What You'll Do?

• Own the UX roadmap: Define our UX vision and translate it into a clear, prioritized plan across product domains - balancing near-term sprint needs with longer-term product direction.

• Be the strategic voice of UX: Work closely with PMs, and key stakeholders across R&D and Go-To-Market, to advocate for user experience at the decision-making table. You'll know when to push back and how to do it constructively.

• Drive AI-native workflows: We work with cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate design and push boundaries. You'll define how AI fits into our UX practice.

• Manage competing priorities intelligently: Separate signal from noise across a busy product org, and create space for the work that actually matters.

• Lead end-to-end design: From user research and wireframes to prototypes and final specs - you'll own the full design process for key product areas.

• Elevate the craft: Set the design standard and create a culture of quality across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/ Product design experience

• Strong background in B2B SaaS; Cybersecurity experience a plus

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving

• Strong end-to-end UX skills, from discovery to delivery

• Experience mentoring or managing design teams with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration

• Comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders

• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling

• Experience working with or adopting AI tools in design workflows

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• High proficiency in English.
