Candidates who are able to explore new directions, design solutions, recommend the right approaches, and develop innovative ideas from scratch to drive complex products forward.&nbsp;</p> <h3>What Will You Do?</h3> <p>Primary responsibilities include<strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will have the chance to manage a team of developers working on the most complicated real world problems</li> <li>You will continuously enrich your knowledge and experience with Windows OS internals and EPP\EDR eco-system</li> <li>You will be a core part of designing and developing the capabilities that will improve the product’s stability and make the user experience smoother</li> </ul> <h3>What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?<strong><br></strong></h3> <p>Ideal candidates will have:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager in the areas of C++, OS internals (security, storage, etc.)</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication skills</li> <li>Data-driven decision-making and prioritizing approaches</li> <li>Proven experience with team building and advanced software methodologies</li> <li>Ability to lead a feature from planning to development and testing</li> <li>Ability to lead a global team in different time zones</li> <li>Ability to manage external interfaces with other teams</li> <li>Previous experience working on a production-grade product with wide-scale deployment</li> <li>Previous experience with security-oriented development – Advantage</li> <li>Windows Kernel development experience- Advantage</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why SentinelOne?</strong></h3> <p>AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
