You will lead complex Proof of Concepts, own high-impact escalations end-to-end, and translate deep technical insight into measurable customer value. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving difficult problems, owning outcomes, and shaping how customers experience the SentinelOne platform.</p> <h3><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></h3> <p>Primary responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with our sales department to drive successful POCs</li> <li>Provide grade A support for our growing Enterprise customers base in the APJ region</li> <li>Lead burning escalations from end to end while owning all the technical and managerial aspects of the issue</li> <li>Investigate thoroughly diving deep into the source code, together with our all-star R&amp;D team to provide a detailed root cause analysis to our customers</li> <li>Work closely with Product management acting as the customers' advocate</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?</strong></h3> <p>Ideal candidates will have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred</li> <li>Minimum three years experience in customer support or a customer-facing technical role</li> <li>Proficient in Windows, Mac, and/ or Linux</li> <li>Network/Endpoint Security background</li> <li>Excellent customer-oriented individual, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)</li> <li>Independent, responsible result-driven team player</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why SentinelOne?</strong></h3> <p>AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
