About the Role

As a Sr. Talent Partner at Vectra AI, you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing technical teams that fuel our growth across India and APAC. This is a full-cycle recruiting position where you’ll partner directly with hiring managers, execute strategic hiring plans, and own the candidate journey from sourcing through offer acceptance. You'll be a key player in a global, collaborative talent team committed to excellence, velocity, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in India and APAC, EMEA and may help with other regions as needed

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and tailored sourcing strategies

• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring decisions

Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

• Use a mix of outbound sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.), employee referrals, and vendor channels to build high-quality pipelines

• Drive proactive talent mapping for future hiring needs

Candidate Experience & Engagement

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the interview process

• Prepare candidates for interviews, provide timely feedback, and negotiate offers that align with our compensation philosophy

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams including People Operations, Finance, and Legal

• Lead debriefs, guide hiring decisions, and ensure alignment between hiring needs and recruiting activities

Process & ATS Excellence

• Ensure data hygiene in our ATS (Greenhouse), maintain accurate pipeline tracking, and contribute to process optimization

• Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders and participate in recruiting ops initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with experience hiring in India and/or APAC

• Strong experience recruiting for engineering, product, or cybersecurity roles is highly preferred

• Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment—you’re resourceful, autonomous, and adaptable

• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent market trends, and competitive landscape

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative and data-informed approach

• Ability to work independently while staying deeply connected to a global recruiting team
