This team partners with Field Sales Leaders on cutting edge GTM strategies, metric tracking, and infrastructure development.  Sales Operations is integral to the overall success of the sales organization,  providing data, process, and decision making that ultimately drives revenue, growth and sales productivity.

This is a full-time position located in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX. 

Rubrik’s Americas Sales team is one of the fastest growing in the industry and is led by a dynamic team of sales executives and cross-functional leaders. The Field Sales Operations Manager will have the charter and opportunity to help shape the growth of the business through a combination of metric tracking and reporting, territory planning, and strategic projects focused on growth and optimization.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Work directly with our Americas sales teams (AE to Sr. VP’s) to help grow and shape the business to drive growth, bringing a combination of analytical and operational experience
  • Partner with the sales leadership to drive a strong operational cadence around forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and sales performance reporting
  • Own a weekly reporting cadence that provides a view into the business segment health and potential blind spots in performance
  • Drive accountability for key sales revenue KPI’s throughout the quarter
  • Bring analytics and problem-solving acumen, with experience working on large datasets and initiatives to drive short, and long-term revenue goals
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to segment leaders and management, covering prior-quarter performance and progress
  • Invest in identifying areas of improvement and managing/delivering ad-hoc projects pertaining to sales strategy/ops. and related areas to drive value
  • Engage and be able to Influence cross-functional stakeholders in identifying and executing use-cases to drive top-line revenue
  • Support sales teams with quoting and account management requests and navigate internal systems and processes (e.g. SFDC, CPQ, Clari, etc)
  • Work with various internal partners (Order Mgmt., Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Management and Product Ops.) to drive efficient execution and root cause analysis for escalations
  • Build a GTM plan, culminating in a the creation of equitable sales territories and work with sales and cross-functional teams in designing associated quotas and PG targets
  • Support end-of-quarter and month-end closing procedures, including booking escalations, SFDC maintenance, system troubleshooting, etc. 

Experience You’ll Need: 

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or similar role; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Requires advanced communication skills and ability to interface directly with Sales VP’s
  • Requires sales operations experience within Americas Tier1 Strategic accounts and build of GTM plans and associated territory carving
  • Preferred tech experience: Salesforce CRM, CPQ, & Renewals modules. Clari Forecasting,  Claude Code/CoWork Skill implementations, and Advanced Excel/ G-sheets
  • Strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analytical skill and managing large datasets
  • Prior experience with operations support for large customer segments or business units
  • Experience in structuring problems, taking initiative and following through with strong execution

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US Pay Range$126,100—$170,000 USD
