About the role

Please note, this team is hiring across all levels and candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience.

The CorpPMO- Product and Program Strategy Team oversees a broad portfolio of engineering, Infrastructure & Compliance projects/programs delivered across the Netskope Security Cloud stack. The team develops detailed plans, resource allocations and budgets, and works closely with the organisation’s leadership to drive strategic programs to delivery.

Netskope is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager for our Corp PMO who can partner in executing projects/programs that support software product or infrastructure work across the Netskope Cloud. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple engineering or infrastructure development programs and ensuring the continued timely delivery of our strategic initiatives around products or infrastructure. You will drive the development of detailed schedules, resource allocation plans and budgets of cross-functional multi-geo programs, and work closely with leadership to drive programs to timely delivery. This role requires you to be an expert multitasker, a master planner, and a flexible thinker who can balance multiple objectives and teams in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large cross-functional software engineering and/or infrastructure programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
• Manage programs and projects related to building and enhancing cloud infrastructure.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams in multiple geographies.
• Organizing sprint planning meetings, getting estimates from Dev Leads, and working with product managers to prioritize sprint tasks.
• Tracking sprint development, ensuring milestones within a sprint are met, and regularly communicating status or raising flags for features that are behind schedule.
• Develop and manage end-to-end program & project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide hands-on program management support during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Perform risk management and change management on projects.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Interface with business owners for program requirements and scope and ensuring that 3, 6, 9 and 12-month roadmaps are executed.
• Providing a high -level lens on post-release support tickets, regressions, etc., and analyzing how teams can get better by doing continuous improvement.
• Conduct program retrospects.
• Drive process improvements
• Use AI in augmenting workflows and getting work done faster.

Requirements:

• Typically has 15+ years of Industry Experience with 10+ years of Program Management Experience.
• Broad and deep knowledge of enterprise networking and security technologies.
• Knowledge of Cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with public cloud, FedRAMP and Security compliance
• A proven track record of delivering Enterprise SaaS Products and or Infrastructure and Compliance programs,
• Experience with Agile Development processes
• Experience coordinating and directing teams and resources in matrix environment
• Proficiency in creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues and tracking bugs using industry standard tools
• Experience with lifecycle management
• Experience working in an engineering environment 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience collaborating with overseas teams. 
• Should be available to work late hours in the evening and night to support programs where the primary stakeholders are in the US PST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in Program and Project Management tools, e.g. Jira, Confluence, Project Management tools.
• Experienced with AI tools like claude, rovo, gemini, but not limited to.
• Ability to build process day to day workflow improvements using AI.
• Hands-on experience with release management in a large, production cloud environment is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
• PMI certification is a plus.
