We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Singapore. This is a critical role in driving our APAC growth, helping us connect with new customers and expand our presence in a rapidly growing cybersecurity market.
As a Sales Development Representative at Hoxhunt, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and booking meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing, building the foundation for pipeline growth while developing the skills needed to grow into a high-performing sales professional.
Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying strong opportunities for the sales team.
Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives to support revenue growth.
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to align on messaging, campaigns, and target accounts.
Continuously refine your outreach approach based on feedback, data, and results.
In your first 3 months you'll: move through structured onboarding, get fluent in the Hoxhunt value proposition, and start holding your own in conversations with senior security stakeholders while building a steady stream of qualified meetings.
By month 6 you'll: be consistently hitting your pipeline targets, navigating complex enterprise accounts with confidence, and working in true lockstep with your Account Executives across the region.
You have 1 to 3 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your targets
You welcome feedback and use it to continuously improve your approach
You prepare thoroughly for every conversation because the details are what make a pitch land
You understand the APAC market at a cultural level, not just a sales-process level, and relationship-building comes naturally to you
You communicate clearly and concisely in English, and can hold your own in a peer-level conversation with a technical decision-maker
You bring resilience and steady self-motivation to your work, staying consistent whether the day is easy or challenging
You genuinely care about the people you engage with, not just the outcome, and it shows in how you show up
Have proficiency with modern sales tech stacks like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Lusha and advanced CRM workflows
Have proficiency in an additional APAC language
Compensation: Competitive base salary depending on your experience, plus a highly competitive performance-based commission model that rewards the impact you drive, uncapped.
