About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team and help keep Infisical running smoothly as we grow.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our leaders spend their time on what matters most. You'll own scheduling, inbox management, travel, offsite planning, office management, business operations, and the countless details that keep a fast-moving startup on track.

You'll work closely with our CEO and leadership team to:

• Own core administrative tasks, including scheduling, inbox triage, and calendar management, coordinating internal and external meetings, preventing conflicts, and helping leadership use their time effectively.

• Prioritize and triage what matters, draft responses, protect focus time, and ensure nothing urgent falls through the cracks, including evenings and weekends when needed.

• Coordinate travel and handle ad hoc tasks quickly, proactively, and with minimal oversight.

• Use AI tools thoughtfully in your daily work to make processes faster and more efficient.

• Manage our SF office, dedicating roughly 5 hours per week.

• Assist with special projects, research, and confidential tasks as needed, such as organizing company offsites, selecting customer gifts, and coordinating events and dinners.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, Executive Support, Consulting, or a similar role.

• Highly process-oriented with a natural inclination to improve how work gets done (e.g., through vibe coding).

• Low ego and high ownership. You're equally comfortable coordinating an important customer dinner and handling a last-minute travel issue.

• Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

• Excited to work onsite in our San Francisco office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a founder or executive at an early-stage startup.

• Experience planning events, offsites, or office operations.

• Experience at a developer-facing or B2B software company.
