Senior Fullstack Engineer

HUMAN Security is looking for a seasoned, strategic Senior Fullstack Engineer to help shape the future of our work in Agentic AI. This critical role involves end-to-end development of advanced client and server features, handling large-scale data, aggregations, and cutting-edge UI/UX design. You will work on mission-critical technologies, collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable fullstack architectures using React and Node.js.

• Develop and maintain high-performance services and data pipelines, managing large-scale data aggregations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product, design, and research - to integrate and ship new features.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance.

• Champion secure coding practices and clean code standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of production experience in both React and Node.js.

• Deep familiarity with React Hooks, React-Query, and Express.

• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems or high-throughput architectures.

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) and integrating AI features.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Go (Golang) and cloud-based platforms is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Agentic AI and related technologies.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and architectures.

• Prior experience working in a high-growth or late-stage startup environment.
