Position Summary
Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to work on the remote access client portfolio spanning privileged remote access management and workforce password management.
You will manage a heterogeneous set of access modalities and will drive coherence across them:
Browser-based remote access to SaaS and IT resources - clientless, zero-install access to servers, appliances, devices and web applications, with recording, monitoring and least-privilege enforcement
Browser extension and workforce password management - Delinea Credential Manager plugin for the browser (DCM), providing standard password manager capabilities alongside privileged workflows
Mobile applications in adjacent areas, including credential management, platform administration and authenticator experiences
Desktop client solutions - work with product managers working on Delinea Connection Manager, serving IT staff who require rich, high-performance session management on their workstations
The access paths in this portfolio are the points at which policy is applied, credentials are brokered and activity is recorded. As the population of identities requesting access to enterprise resources continues to broaden, you will help determine how these capabilities adapt.
This is a high-ownership role in a globally distributed organization. You will operate across Engineering, UX, Architecture, Sales, Product Marketing, Support and Customer Success and you will engage directly with customer business users, systems administrators, security architects and other end users to validate direction.
This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Own and articulate a multi-year product vision and strategy for Delinea's remote access portfolio across both PAM and workforce password management use cases, aligned to company objectives and market opportunity
Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog across browser-based access, the DCM browser extension and mobile applications - making trade-off decisions with agile teams
Define a coherent access experience across modalities: consistent policy enforcement, session recording, credential injection and audit behavior regardless of whether access originates from a browser, a native client, a terminal, an extension, or a mobile device
Anticipate access patterns and enforcement requirements evolution over the roadmap horizon and sequence investment so the portfolio remains extensible as those requirements change
Establish a point of view on the market by engaging with customers, partners, analysts and internal stakeholders; validate requirements through structured discovery rather than anecdote
Partner with Engineering, UX, QA and Support to deliver high-quality and performant solutions
Balance sustaining investment in an installed base of established clients against the platform migration path and new zero-to-one capabilities; build the business case for where to invest
Define adoption, engagement and success metrics for client surfaces and use them to inform prioritization and business value
Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, driving positioning, messaging, packaging and pricing across PAM and WPM buying centers, which frequently differ
Enable Sales, Support and Customer Success with the context, collateral and training needed for launches and ongoing customer success
Stay current on remote access, browser isolation, secrets and credential management and password-less authentication trends to inform the roadmap
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; Master's or MBA a plus
6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including ownership of an enterprise product line
5+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with exposure to remote access, privileged access management, password management, or client/agent technologies
Experience shipping products across more than one client form factor - web, native desktop, CLI, browser extension, or mobile. An understanding of the distinct release, distribution and support constraints of each is useful
Deep familiarity with enterprise IT environments: Windows, macOS and Linux
Some working knowledge of remote access protocols and technologies (RDP, SSH, HTTPS, VNC, database and Kubernetes access paths) and session monitoring
Familiarity with identity and authentication concepts like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn and TOTP
Familiarity with machine and non-human identity concepts - secrets management, service accounts, workload identity and short-lived credentials
Familiarity with ML and AI concepts - large language models, model context protocol, agents as non-human identities
Some working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native architectures
Strong user-experience instinct. These are high-frequency, daily-use tools; friction in usability has a direct cost to users. Proven track record of working with usability and design teams. Some working knowledge of Figma is useful
Analytical mindset capable of balancing customer needs, competitive positioning and business growth opportunities
Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are good to have
Written, verbal and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and enterprise customers
Travel Expectations: Up to 25%
