Why this role matters
At Hoxhunt, we believe the first steps a customer takes with us set the tone for everything that follows. As an Associate Onboarding Manager, you will support our SMB customers through those early moments with structure, clarity, and care. By owning the full onboarding experience from kick-off to go-live, you ensure every new customer gets the right start—one that builds trust, removes friction, and sets them up for long-term success.

What you'll own and drive

• Own the full onboarding experience for SMB customers from kick-off to go-live

• Manage multiple onboarding projects at the same time, each with clear goals and timelines

• Guide customers through technical setup and keep everything on track

• Act as a reliable and proactive point of contact throughout the process

• Improve onboarding workflows and documentation to help us scale and continuously improve

What success looks like

• In your first 3 months you'll: Learn the Hoxhunt product, master our onboarding workflows, and begin managing your own portfolio of SMB onboarding projects while delivering a structured, caring customer experience.

• By month 6 you'll: Independently guide customers through their technical setup and go-live, solve problems proactively before they surface, and consistently contribute to improving our documentation and processes.

What makes you thrive here

You have:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, implementation, or support roles

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple customer projects at once in a structured and disciplined way

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset

• A natural curiosity for technology and confidence using it in your day-to-day work

• A growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership

• Full professional proficiency or native-level English language skills

Bonus points if you also:

• Have hands-on experience with M365, G-Suite, SCIM and SSO

• Speak other European languages like French or German

You will join our growing, collaborative Customer Success team. This is a highly supportive environment where your contributions are valued, your ideas are encouraged, and we succeed together. You will work closely with other Onboarding Managers, Customer Success Managers, and technical teams to make sure things run smoothly and every customer feels guided, informed, and valued from day one.

• Compensation: Monthly base salary of €3500–€3900 depending on your experience, plus a very competitive performance-based bonus.
