As a Sales Engineer at Escape, you’ll be the technical bridge between customers, Account Executives, and the engineering team enabling commercial deals by highlighting how our platform solves real-world security challenges. You will shape customer success, deliver demos, run POCs, and act as a trusted technical expert.
Partner with Account Executives and Engineering to drive commercial wins in pre-sales engagements
Configure, demo, and guide customers through our platform to ensure a seamless technical experience
Gather customer feedback, educate on best practices, and advise on optimal product use
Identify opportunities for product improvement, sharing critical insights with Product & Engineering teams
Occasionally support on-site visits, workshops, and POCs at customer offices or industry conferences
Experience: 4+ years in a deep tech environment; consulting experience is a plus
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS/software products; Python required, back-end engineering a plus
Customer Focus: Passion for enabling customer success, with outstanding communication skills
Proactive Problem-Solving: Confidence in independently troubleshooting technical challenges
Team Player: Track record of seamless collaboration with sales, product, and engineering
