Role Overview
Are you passionate about security, compliance, and supporting mission-critical work?

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Security Officer (FSO) to lead and maintain our government security clearance programs!

In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator of the company's Facility Clearance (FCL) and personnel security clearance program, helping ensure our continued ability to perform classified work for Government customers. You will also play a critical role in managing compliance with Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) requirements, supporting facility clearance eligibility, government reporting obligations, and mitigation activities. You'll partner with employees, leadership, government representatives, and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, support cleared personnel and strengthen our overall security posture. 

NOTE: Due to minor traveling required to the Facility location, Candidates must reside in OR around the greater Chantilly, Virginia area.
