Role Summary

The Product Manager drives the strategy, discovery, and delivery of Sophos Firewall and its cloud-based multi-firewall management capabilities in Sophos Central, the core of Sophos’ network security portfolio. You will partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to build solutions that protect organizations across distributed, hybrid, and cloud-first environments. This Product Manager role owns the full product lifecycle, including identifying market opportunities and defining strategy through launch, adoption, and scaling. The primary focus will be Sophos Firewall (XGS appliances, virtual and cloud-hosted firewalls, and SFOS) and Multi-Firewall Management from Sophos Central, including centralized policy, configuration, monitoring, reporting, and orchestration of firewall estates at scale for enterprises and MSPs. You’ll operate at the intersection of security domain expertise, customer insight, and technical execution, with a global scope that includes regular collaboration with regional teams.
