Role Summary 

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Financial Analysis Manager of Sales Finance to own the Americas finance partnership and serve as a trusted advisor to the Americas Sales SVP and leadership team. This high-impact role will shape the regional financial narrative, translate business performance into clear executive insights, and influence decisions across growth, productivity, investment allocation, and sales execution.    As a senior member of the Sales Finance organization, you will lead the Americas financial operating rhythm, own topline and end-to-end P&L oversight, and guide strategic choices on headcount, quota capacity, sales productivity, pricing, renewals performance, and route-to-market effectiveness. This role requires strong financial judgment, deep understanding of sales dynamics, and the ability to challenge assumptions, frame tradeoffs, and drive alignment across Sales, Finance, and business operations.
