Customer Success Engineer

About the Role   Bolster is hiring a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to provide hands-on technical guidance and support to our existing, directly-sold customers — helping them onboard, implement, and get ongoing value from Bolster's platform. This role is scoped entirely to Bolster's own direct customers, but in certain circumstances, may also engage with channel partners.   This is an earlier-in-career, growth-oriented technical position. The product depth and customer-facing skills you build here are the same foundation the TAM role is built on — this CSE role is intentionally designed as our internal feeder track into TAM or a Solutions Engineering role.     Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
