About the Role

As the EMEA Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical advisor, platform architect, and strategic partner for LogicGate’s enterprise accounts across the EMEA market. Operating in a highly consultative capacity, you will map client business processes to Risk Cloud®, drive adoption, identify expansion pathways, and insulate your book from churn risks. You work autonomously on your portfolio with the expertise to handle complex technical needs while acting as a trusted GRC advisor. As the most senior individual contributor in the EMEA TAM organization, you will serve as an informal mentor to the broader team on advanced platform architectures and regulatory advisory.

What You’ll Do

• Trusted Technical Advisory: Serve as the hands-on platform architect and primary technical contact for assigned accounts—building relationships with enterprise stakeholders, guiding GRC programme maturity, and independently configuring custom workflows and data architectures without internal escalation.
• Data-Driven Portfolio Tracking: Maintain a rigorous single source of truth for portfolio health using Mutual Success Plans (MSPs) and CRM tracking—delivering prompt post-meeting recaps, technical next steps, and milestone tracking to objectively diagnose programme gaps.
• Commercial Strategy & Risk Escalation: Forecast renewal health and churn risk 2–3 quarters in advance, executing proactive retention strategies while navigating delivery and platform risks with complete integrity and prompt internal escalation.
• AI Feature Optimisation: Educate, advise, and guide enterprise risk teams on leveraging Risk Cloud's built-in generative AI capabilities and automation engines to eliminate practitioner administrative overhead.
• EMEA Regulatory Leadership: Apply deep GRC domain expertise to help European enterprise customers navigate compliance frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) through Risk Cloud platform capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Mentorship: Partner with EMEA Sales and Solutions Engineering on expansion opportunities while mentoring junior team members on technical problem-solving and GRC advisory best practices.

What You Bring

Required:

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical customer success.
• Strategic & Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication command, with verified experience presenting technical platform solutions, roadmaps, and business impact directly to C-suite risk executives (e.g., CISOs, Chief Risk Officers).
• GRC Practitioner, SaaS Background: Direct prior experience working inside an enterprise SaaS, governance, risk, or compliance team.
• AI Literacy & Curiosity: Active personal utilization of modern generative AI tools and LLMs to optimize personal workflows, ingest technical documentation, and coach team members on AI-driven efficiency.
• Hybrid Work Readiness & Travel Flexibility: Based in and authorized to work in the UK.  Demonstrated capability to communicate and collaborate seamlessly across distributed teams, with the flexibility to travel as needed for key team offsites, company events, and customer meetings.

Nice to Have:

• European Regulatory Frameworks: Practical familiarity or specialized expertise in European regulatory directives (GDPR, DORA, NIS2) driving EU/UK enterprise risk programs.
• Deep Platform & Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise configuring low-code/no-code SaaS platforms, with a track record of solving multi-layered data structure and workflow challenges independently.
• Multilingual Fluency: Professional fluency in a second European language (e.g., German, French).
• GTM Tech Stack Literacy: Practical experience using enterprise account management tooling systems (e.g., Salesforce, Planhat, Gong, Slack).
