As an Enterprise Account Executive for the APAC region, your mission is to help large, complex organizations strengthen their human layer of security. Working with some of the region’s largest enterprises, you’ll partner with security leaders to solve one of today’s biggest cybersecurity challenges while helping grow Hoxhunt’s presence across APAC.
We are looking for Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team in Singapore. In this role, you will develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth within Enterprise accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
You’ll proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, and close high-value opportunities while representing Hoxhunt’s values. We will provide the tools, support, and frameworks to help you successfully grow our enterprise presence in the region. This role is ideal for someone who is highly autonomous, self-motivated, and thrives in a scale-up environment where they take full ownership of their success.
Build and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise opportunities across the APAC region through proactive outbound prospecting.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close, navigating complex buying processes and building consensus among C-level stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, etc.).
Partner closely with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to drive pipeline generation, account strategy, and long-term success.
Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and compliance challenges, positioning Hoxhunt’s solutions to help organizations reduce cyber risk at scale.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving measurable growth in our top-tier account segment.
Proven Enterprise SaaS Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B enterprise SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and closing large, complex deals.
Hunter Mentality & Drive: Ambitious, results-driven, and energized by building a pipeline, penetrating massive accounts, and closing strategic new business.
Customer-Centric Problem Solver: Highly skilled at grasping new concepts, understanding enterprise challenges quickly, and translating them into impactful, scalable solutions.
Highly Autonomous & Resilient: Self-motivated and resourceful, you thrive in a scale-up environment where you consistently achieve targets while adapting strategies during long sales cycles.
Strong Communicator & Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with C-level executives. You embody a "succeed together" mindset and are excited to make Hoxhunt a recognized enterprise cybersecurity partner in the region.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Previous experience working in the cybersecurity industry is considered as an advantage.
Compensation: Competitive base salary depending on your experience, plus a competitive commission model.

This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with regular collaboration from our Singapore office.

Interview with Talent Acquisition (30 min, remote).
Interview with VP of Sales APAC (45-60 min, remote / onsite).
Interview with Sales Leadership (45 min, remote).
Panel interview / Business case presentation (60 min, onsite).
