About the role

We are looking for an early-career Support Specialist to join our Global Sales Engineering team and support the end-to-end preparation, coordination, and maintenance of customer-facing technical response content. In this role, you will help respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, tenders, proposals, and related customer requests by working with approved content, internal knowledge sources, and subject matter experts across the business.   This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, curious, and interested in building experience at the intersection of sales engineering, proposal operations, cybersecurity, knowledge management, and AI-enabled productivity tools. You will play an important support role in helping Sales and Sales Engineering teams deliver accurate, consistent, and timely responses to customers and prospects.   This is a primarily remote role based in Manila, Philippines, with occasional in-office attendance required for business needs, training, team meetings, leadership requests, or company policy.   The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a global environment, communicating through Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools, and managing priorities across different regions and time zones.
